What time do you offer classes?
We have very flexible schedules and we have English instructors ready to teach you seven days per week. When you are enrolling on the course we will ask you for your preferred availability. You will be able to choose your preferred study times and we will allocate a suitable tutor based on these times.
After booking in the first session, you will be able to book future lessons in directly with your tutor.
Can I customise my course or does each lesson follow the content of the course book?
We understand that everyone has different learning needed. Our private online English courses can therefore be customised to meet your individual goals. We have a wide range of different lessons for each course and proficiency level, so you will get to choose the lessons that you would like to study.
Which level am I?
There are several ways to find out what your level is. Firstly, we would advise you to take our Free online language test. These can be found via the link below.
This test will help you to determine the best type of English course for you. The idea is to work through the questions as far as you can and then submit. Your results will give you an indication of your English proficiency level (beginner/elementary/pre-intermediate/intermediate etc).
After you receive your results, we then recommend students look at the sample course descriptions for each course within that banding – this should help you to select the best option for you, based on your current knowledge and previous studies. The course description outlines the linguistic and communicative aims of the classes as well as the content that will be covered. Another useful tip is to look at the corresponding language level guide that you can also find on the specific language page as this will give you a rough guideline in relation to the suggested hours of previous study and the international standards.
Can I get a refund if I can't come to class anymore?
According to our terms & conditions, you need to give us two week’s warning before your course starts to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made with less than two full week’s notice before the start of a course will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

We will usually send you the profiles of 2-3 available tutors giving you the chance to choose if you wish to do so.

In most cases, our learners are completely satisfied with their allocated tutor however if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with how the course is going just let us know. We can speak to the tutor assigned and see if we can make some changes to the course, or if necessary allocate a new tutor to teach the rest of the course.
How much time do I need to allocate to my learning?
Most of our learners are very motivated and allocate between 3 and 4 hours per week to their English language learning. We understand that isn’t always possible so we give you a total of 20 weeks to complete your 20-lesson online English course.
What is it like to take an online class?
Most of you will have probably taken a course online at some stage of your life. This type of course, unlike others, is delivered live online in a one-to-one setting, or in a small group (if you have more than one person who would like to learn English with you). You will meet online at a pre-arranged time through platforms such as Zoom and you will be able to interact with your instructor and classmates (if applicable) in real time and receive real-time feedback.
Who teaches the classes?
All of our teachers are either highly experienced Native English speakers, or local trainers from Indonesia who are fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
All of our Native Speakers are professionally qualified to teach English and have at least five years of teaching experience. Our Native speakers all have a CELTA certification and will have experience teaching adult learners around the world.
Most of our local instructors have lived in English speaking countries and are also able to speak English to near native proficiency. They can all speak Indonesian as their first language, which is especially helpful for beginner learners who may need explanations in Bahasa Indonesia at the start of their course.
How is progress monitored?
Corporate clients receive regular feedback from the assigned English tutor on their learners’ progress. Reports on client’s progress can be issued on request and can be issued half way through or at the end of your course.
